Photo & Video Release

Sixth Day Training · Effective September 3, 2026

We film and photograph training sessions regularly, for coaching review and for our social media, website, and advertising. We only use a participant's image if you have said yes on a signed Photo, Video & Image Release. This page explains what that release covers.

If you have not signed a release saying yes, we do not use your image. Saying no never affects your training.

What you are choosing

The release is a simple YES or NO. Choosing YES means you give Sixth Day Training permission to:

Photograph and record video of the participant during training sessions and related activities
Use, edit, and publish those photos and videos on our social media accounts, website, advertising, and other promotional material, in any medium
Use the participant's first name alongside their image. We do not publish last names, schools, or teams without asking separately.

This permission is given without payment or other compensation, and you will not have approval over how a particular image is edited or where it appears.

What it never covers

Medical information, injuries, or anything from your signed forms. None of that is ever shown or referenced.
Financial information of any kind.
Selling or licensing your image to anyone else. We use it for Sixth Day Training's own promotion only.

Taking it back

You can withdraw a YES at any time by telling us in writing, by text or email to coachnolancrespo@gmail.com. From that point we stop creating new content with the participant's image and will remove it from content we control (our own accounts and website). Content already shared, reposted, or printed by others before we received your notice is outside our control.

Minors

For a participant under 18, only a parent or legal guardian can sign the release, and only they can withdraw it. If an athlete tells a coach they do not want to be filmed, we honor that on the spot regardless of what the signed form says.

Group sessions

In a group or semi-private session, other participants may appear in the same frame. We frame and edit content so that anyone who has not said yes is not identifiable, and we will remove or re-edit anything you point out.
