Sixth Day Training · Effective September 3, 2026
Sixth Day Training ("we," "us") is operated by Nolan Crespo, a sole proprietor based in Norco, California. We provide in-person, online, and hybrid personal training, and sport-performance coaching for athletes under the name Sixth Day Performance. The business was previously known as Crespo Training and Performance.
This policy covers the client training app at this website, our booking and text messaging, and our Instagram business accounts (currently @sixthdaytraining and @sixthdayperformance). It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to coach you and run the business:
- Contact and account information - name, email address, phone number, and for youth athletes, a parent or guardian's name and contact details. Sign-in is by email; we do not store passwords.
- Training and health information - workout programs, logged sets, reps, weight, and effort (RPE), homework completion, journal entries, nutrition and water logs, coaching notes, and anything you disclose on our signed forms (medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, emergency contact).
- Scheduling information - session bookings, attendance, cancellations, and which coach you are assigned to.
- Payment records - what was purchased, amounts, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Square; we never see or store card numbers. Payments made by Zelle are recorded by amount and date.
- Messages - text messages you exchange with us through our business texting service, direct messages sent to our Instagram business accounts, and emails you send us.
- Photos and video - only if you (or a parent or guardian) sign a separate Photo & Video Release saying yes. See our Photo & Video Release.
- Technical information - our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the client app.
How we use it
- To design and deliver your training program and track your progress over time
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and manage sessions
- To process and record payments for services
- To answer questions from clients and prospective clients, including by text, email, and Instagram
- To keep our coaching staff informed about your health disclosures and emergency contact so they can coach you safely
- To keep the business records we are required to keep (for example, payment records for tax purposes)
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for third-party advertising, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI-assisted drafting
Some replies to text messages and Instagram direct messages are first drafted by an AI tool (Anthropic's Claude) and then reviewed, edited, and approved by a coach before anything is sent. The AI tool only sees the message being answered and the scheduling context needed to answer it. It never sends anything on its own, and under Anthropic's commercial terms the content is not used to train their models.
Google Calendar
A coach may connect their own Google account so that sessions booked in this app are copied, one way, to a dedicated business calendar in that coach's Google Calendar. This is purely a scheduling glance for the coach. The only information sent to Google is the session type, the client's name, the session time, and any session note. Nothing is ever read back from Google Calendar, and no client's Google account is involved.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar access only to create and update events on the connected coach's own calendar, never to read other events, and never for advertising. A coach can disconnect at any time from the app's Settings page, which deletes the stored Google credentials.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run these services, and only as much as each one needs:
- Supabase - database and sign-in for the client app
- Vercel - hosting for the client app
- Square - card payment processing and payment links, under Square's own privacy policy
- Quo - business text messaging
- Google - Google Calendar, for a connected coach's own scheduling reference (above)
- Meta (Instagram) - business messaging and content publishing, under Instagram's Platform Terms
- Anthropic - AI-assisted drafting of message replies, for coach review (above)
Within Sixth Day Training, each coach can only see the clients assigned to them. Billing and payment records are visible only to the head coach.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to a lawful request, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business (in which case this policy would continue to apply to the transferred information).
Cookies and tracking
The client app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on the app. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, the app does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; there is nothing to turn off.
Minors and youth athletes
Many of our athletes are under 18. For a minor, a parent or guardian sets up the account, signs every form on the athlete's behalf, is our point of contact, and can review, correct, or delete the athlete's information at any time by contacting us.
We do not knowingly collect information online from a child under 13 without a parent or guardian providing it. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you or your athlete
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep (for example, payment records)
- Stop texting you - reply STOP to any message, or see our Text Message Terms
- Stop using your image - withdraw a Photo & Video Release in writing at any time
Send requests to coachnolancrespo@gmail.com. We will confirm your identity (or your authority as a parent or guardian) before acting on a request, and we will respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for making one.
California residents: we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing, so there is nothing to report under California Civil Code section 1798.83.
How long we keep it
We keep client information for as long as you are a client and for as long as needed afterward to maintain required business records. Training logs and notes are kept so a returning client's history is available. Payment records are kept for the period tax law requires. When you ask us to delete your information, we remove everything we are not required to keep.
Security
All connections to the client app are encrypted. Access to client data is restricted by role: clients see only their own records, coaches see only their assigned clients, and financial records are limited to the head coach. Our service providers each hold their own security certifications. No system is perfectly secure, and if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell current clients directly.
Questions about this document or your information: coachnolancrespo@gmail.com. We may update these documents as our services change and will update the effective date above when we do.
