Text Message Terms

Sixth Day Training texts clients about scheduling from a dedicated business phone number. These terms explain what we send, how you opt in, and how to stop.

What we text

Direct scheduling texts - a coach texting you about booking, confirming, moving, or cancelling a session, and replies to questions you text us. These are conversational, one-to-one, and only about your training with us.
Automated appointment reminders - reminders ahead of a booked session. These are sent only if you turn them on in the client app. They are off by default.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never text anyone who has not given us their number as a client or prospective client.

Opting in

Giving us your phone number when you book or sign up lets a coach text you directly about scheduling.
Automated reminders require a separate opt-in inside the client app. You can turn them off there at any time.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any training from us.

How often

Message frequency varies with how often you train. A typical client receives a few texts a week at most: reminders for booked sessions (if turned on) and any back-and-forth about scheduling.

Stopping and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further. You can also turn off automated reminders in the app, or ask your coach.

If you opt out, we will still need a way to reach you about sessions you have booked. We will use email or a phone call instead.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI-assisted replies

Some replies to your texts are first drafted by an AI tool and then reviewed and approved by a coach before they are sent. A person is always the one who decides to send, and any booking change proposed in a reply is confirmed by a coach before it is made.

Your number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used only to run our scheduling and is stored as described in our Privacy Policy. Our texting service provider processes messages on our behalf and does not use your number for its own purposes.
