Before you start.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Every plan starts where you are, at a pace you can keep.
How many sessions a week?
We recommend 2 to 3 a week for most people. If your schedule is tight, 1 a week plus COMPLETE works well. Some people need more or less than that, so we build the plan around you. Private training is a minimum of 4 sessions a month.
Can I bring a partner?
Yes. Flex sessions let a friend or family member train with you on one bill, and there's a discounted add-on rate for friends and family of current clients.
Do you help with nutrition?
COMPLETE includes nutrition guidelines, a recovery plan and weekly check-ins on top of your sessions.
What should I bring?
Water, comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes. That's all you need. For home sessions, your trainer brings bands and other portable equipment and builds the workout around the space you have.
What if I need to cancel?
Give at least 24 hours' notice and you can cancel or reschedule with no penalty. With less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, the session counts as used. If we ever have to cancel on our end, we reschedule at no cost to you.
